Data collected and purposes
We collect the details entered in the “Request availability” form (name, email, dates, number of guests, message) solely to reply to your enquiry and, where applicable, to manage your booking.
Legal basis and retention
Processing is based on steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679, GDPR). Data is kept only for as long as needed to handle your request, and in any case for no longer than 24 months.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may at any time request access to, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data by writing to ospitalita@villabenaco.it, and you may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
